Appetizers

* Smoked Scottish salmon with caper berries, lemon & fresh horseradish
* Corn chips with three dips spicy salsa, blue cheese and sour cream
* Avocado & crab cocktail on ice with Rhode Island dressing
* Iceberg wedge salad with bacon, blue cheese crumbles & ranch dressing
* Bacon wrapped barbeque shrimps with a tangy barbeque sauce
* Traditional Caesar salad (prepared tableside) with aged parmesan, anchovies & crisp pancetta

* 250gr Prime rib roast, herbed Yorkshire pudding and roasted shallot sauce
* Grilled Australian lamb chops on a bed of spinach with minted hollandaise sauce
* Pan fried pork medallions on wok fried vegetables with a ginger hoi sin sauce
* Grilled king prawns with two sauces tangy barbeque & Thai spicy
* Tasmanian salmon fillet & seared scallops on a warm Nicoise salad with basil oil & lemon
