Nothing seedy about The Birdcage It's all change in Soi Day Night. What was for many years "Lek's" and more recently "Guys" is to change again from March 2, 2008 to The Birdcage Pattaya. This one of the new projects of Kevin Quill, the former owner of Throb/Splash in Boyz Town. It is being billed as "a unique nightclub and cabaret experience. The Birdcage will open on Sunday, March
