"Back to School" Fundraising at Oscars

On Thursday March 20 Oscars, in association with Thais4Life held a fund raising evening entitled Back To School to help raise money to equip the 50 Children at Jing Jai Orphanage with School Uniforms, Shoes and Books.

The live show featured the fabulous Miss Jason from Brighton whose witty repartee and fine voice kept the crowd entertained. Also appearing on her first visit to Pattaya was vocalist ' Jo ' from Ipswich a truly remarkable voice. Jason and Jo had visited Jing Jai on the previous day.

A lucky draw was held raising 15,000 baht and many thanks to the people who donated prizes including Panorama, Balcony Bangkok, Oscars, Printer Graham and David from Ireland. Another fine evening at Oscars.

The school Uniforms are currently being made and other items being purchased and all of this with a cost in excess of 100,000 baht will be presented to Jing Jai very soon.
